The relationship between a supervisor and the supervisee is at the heart of TalkingPoint Therapy supervision.
It is very important that, as a supervisor, we get to know our supervisees and understand their feelings about the supervisor relationship and that this is carried out within a safe and confidential environment. This we believe establishes trust and safety within agreed boundaries.
Within supervision…
You may want to be challenged
You may need space to be open about your own practice
You may need validation for your work for your qualification
You may want to grow and learn
